KIDS EAT FOR FREE!
ATYFC are delighted to confirm that all children under the age of 18 will once again enjoy a Hog Roast for free at the Awards & Fun Day on Saturday 11th May.
Children will eat free but each adult will be asked for a voluntary contribution of £5 each.
Your manager will collect your money in advance and issue tokens, these can be exchanged for your hog roast on the day. No replacements will be made so please do remember to bring them along. Additional tokens can be purchased on the day, but will all be charged at £5.00 per token.
Tokens will be issued for everyone regardless of age – for example, Mr and Mrs Smith, Granny and Grandad plus Freddie, James and Millie = 4 adults and 3 children a total price of £20 and 7 tokens issued.
Following welcome feedback from last year’s successful event, this year alongside the Hog Roast will be the facility to purchase additional food from Alresford’s very own burger man, a sweet treats stall, bar snacks and a Prosecco & Slush Puppy Bar.
Outside FREE activities will include various Football Activities with Soccer Schools UK, a Soccer AM Style Team Crossbar Challenge*, Zorb Football, and a Giant Inflatable Football Dartboard.
The End of Season Awards will be presented to four mixed age groups throughout the day and this will be followed by the BBQ, Silent Auction, Raffle and a disco in the marquee.
Awards & Fun Day Running Order
ATYFC feel it is important to give back to the 230 registered ATYFC players and their families. We hope that this will be a well-supported, fun day for everyone, whilst giving the Managers an opportunity to recognise the efforts of the players over the season.
