Youth Leadership and Volunteering for people aged 16-25

Many young people will be looking for an opportunity to better themselves, to gain experience, learn a skill or even a qualification that helps with their personal or career progression.

Much of the activity that takes place in a football club can also be viewed as marketing, communications, management of events, sports administration, customer satisfaction, sports photography and social media. Just the sort of thing employees or universities are looking for in addition to academic qualifications.

To help us with the task of succession planning, coaching and to ensure new ideas and wider involvement, we would like to investigate the possibility of a youth committee and leadership program to increase the loyalty of young people and give them ownership of their club.
